"We used to go to another dealership in Eau Claire and were never happy with the service or repair service; with poor results on our boat afterwards. We were referred to Zacho Sports Center by a friend. The customer service/parts department were second to none and the parts department staff were professional and up-front and assured us that the boat would be repaired correctly. It was nice to finally get our boat back on the water w/excellent performance due to the great reapir/service department at Zacho's. We'll be back!"

"Very friendly service.
Only thing I would add would be a quick wash of customer's bike or a top off of fluids and inspection or something to go one step past expectations. If that was implemented, it would be the difference between 4 stars (being very good/satisfactory) and 5 stars (exceeding expectations) in my eyes.
Overall I will not hesitate to return for service, parts or my next bike. "

"Brett Zacho did an excellent job with presentation of selling us our pontoon and answering any questions we had with operation and maintenance of pontoon. He followed up with issues we had with boat fenders and parts with professionalism and made sure issues were resolved immediately. "Neil Wood sold me my 2008 Honda Wing 650cc and he sold me my wife Diane's her 2008 Suzuki 400cc. After the "learning curve" this year has been lots of fun. We return to Zacho's often for parts and service and have never been disappointed yet. The front staff are curtious and professional as well as the teches in back. Keep letting me stop by, we miss Saturn in E.C. I'm sure our next new bikes will bought at Zacho's from Neill Woods if he still works with Saturn. "
