Never thought buying a boat would be such wonderful experience. We can't say enough about how pleasant it was to deal with Zacho Sports, and in particular, Adam Schroyer our salesman, who listened to us describe what we were looking for when we first came in the showroom (which had an amazingly large number of different boats on display!) and helped us get the beautiful Crestliner boat that was right for us. Adam was super knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and just really nice to talk to and guide us through the boat buying process. (Shout out also to Teresa Hanson, who also helped in this process.) Adam was also very good communicating with us in person, by phone and by e-mail and texts. We live in Southern Wisconsin but liked Zacho's selection of boats when we stopped by in January, and instantly felt Adam was someone we wanted to do business with. After making our decision to buy, we often dealt with Adam remotely and everything got done in the promised timeframe, and the boat was all ready when we came to pick it up. My parents bought a brand new 2018 Honda Pioneer at which they have had issues with from the beginning. I got involved with handling all of the service issues with Cale Newton so it would be easier on my parents. The first couple repairs we thought everything was fixed. The same issue come back again. Cale and his service department were puzzled why this issue kept returning but never gave up. Cale continued researching the issue working directly with the Honda corporate technical staff. We just got it back a little before Thanksgiving, so far all is well. My father says this runs better now than when he first bought it. I can't express enough how much I appreciate Cale Newton and his service department. Cale kept me in the loop during the repair process and never gave up on making sure we were satisfied. I wanted to give a shout out to Zacho Sport Center for my new Humminbird Helix-10. I ordered back in January with a long lead time because of the pandemic. A month ago, the unit finally came in and I received a call from Jim (in parts) that my unit was in and he would hold for me. I scheduled installation with a couple additional items including an existing Humminbird sonar/gps moving and networking all units. All work was completed at the end of May and Jim loaded all my original waypoint into the new unit. I waited until now to write a review so I could properly comment on the entire process from ordering, installation, and learning/using the unit. After a few outings to test and learn a huge leap in technology, I couldnt be happier. I have used Zacho for all upgrades to my Crestliner for several years and continue to use them because of my complete satisfaction with their customer service and equipment installations. A special note of recognition to Jim in parts and Greg in service for their attention and thoroughness. In addition, Jim is very knowledgeable in equipment performance and has provided great recommendations on use and answered my technical questions as I grappled with new technology. Absolutely will use them for my next equipment upgrade.

We purchased a new, 2021 Lund Impact. It was great to work with Adam Schroyer. Although Lund had delivery timing issues (as did every boat dealer), Adam was realistic with his statements and did not overpromise. He was up front about delays and did his best meet our requests.

I upgraded my locator to a Helix 10 this year. Adam convinced me to move up from my Helix 7 to the 10 which has proved to be a very good decision. The after sales support from Travis in the Parts Department was outstanding. I decided to install the unit myself and Tavis was not only helpful in identifying the parts I needed but helped answer questions and supported me in the process of installing the locator. Travis has always been helpful when I needed something for my boat but the level of support he provided in assisting me as I installed the Helix 10 unit was exceptional.

Zachos exceeded all my expectations. I wanted to build a boat for me, not settle for a boat on the showroom floor like the other dealerships wanted me to purchase. We had another great experience purchasing from Zacho. Our salesperson Brandon was so nice and took the time to explain everything and was honest with us. We had a boat that wasn't that old, came in for a trolling motor and just started looking at boats. Brandon wasn't looking for a sale because he knew we had a newer boat but he went out of his way to explain the difference in models of a boat we started looking at. He didn't push us in to buying any kind of model. I would strongly recommend your business to anyone buying a boat and would recommend they see Brandon. We ended up buying one of the boats he showed us. When we picked up the boat he had everything ready for us, showed us how to put the cover on and assisted us with it so he could show us. We appreciated being appreciated!

We were on a motorcycle trip coming home from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. picked up a nail in the front tire. After calling every motorcycle dealership in a 75 mile radius of La Crosse, Wi, finally spoke with Service manager Andrew. he told me he could fit us in, but had a schedule to work around. Understandable. We rode the 75 miles north and he got us right in, gave us a great deal on a great tire, and had us back on the road in about 1 1/2 hours. Have done business with Zacko's for years and has always been good, recently had some Mercury and Hurricane warranty work done and service was stellar!

In July of 2017 I decided to have my snowmobile serviced at Zachos Sports in Chippewa falls. I also requested a full inspection of the snowmobile to ensure I would be ready to go for this winter. They cleaned the carb, replaced the air filters and spark plugs and also found the intake manifolds were cracked and fixed that issue. Five months later and about two miles into my first ride of the year my snowmobile started on fire. Luckily I was able to extinguish it with minimal damage. I returned the sled to Zachos the next day and wasn't in the best of moods. I dealt with Andrew in the service department and he couldn't have been more professional with dealing with my bad attitude and snowmobile issues. He assured me they would take care of any damage to the sled in a timely matter. Some of the parts replaced during the service I had done failed causing the fire which wasn't anybody's fault. Within a week they had fixed everything including rebuilding the top end replacing the pistons, rings and anything else that had damage. Andrew called me daily to update me on the progression of the repairs and also detailed the snowmobile and offered to have it delivered to my house. There was 0 charge for anything. I just got done riding 70 miles today and it has never ran better. I had a similar experience across the street at sport motors and they basically told me to get blanked. I would highly recommend Zachos to anyone and everyone. Thanks for all the help and professionalism along the way.

I pulled in to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon while on a 3500 mile road trip looking to upgrade my stock air cleaner on my 2016 Indian Roadmaster. It was only a couple hours before closing and I had no appointment, but Andrew from the Service department was able to have his technician install and tune my new hi-flow air cleaner. While I waited for my service to be performed, the dealership provided lunch for everyone. I was impressed with the politeness and level of service provided by Andrew and his team. I have been going to Zachos for a few months now just for a couple things. I needed some new ATV tires and recently I have needed some service on a 44 year old Honda motorcycle. I have to say that Andrew at the parts and service counter has provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Absolutely exceptional. The cost of old parts and repairs is not always a pleasant number but Andrew has been open and honest with me this whole time giving me updates along the way with findings and time frames. Doug in sales and Greg in Marine Service went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer with a used boat purchase. Ran into a few hiccups after delivery but Doug and Greg did not hesitate to remedy the problem at high cost to them and zero to me! We used to go to another dealership in Eau Claire and were never happy with the service or repair service; with poor results on our boat afterwards. We were referred to Zacho Sports Center by a friend. The customer service/parts department were second to none and the parts department staff were professional and up-front and assured us that the boat would be repaired correctly. It was nice to finally get our boat back on the water w/excellent performance due to the great reapir/service department at Zacho's. We'll be back!

Very friendly service. Only thing I would add would be a quick wash of customer's bike or a top off of fluids and inspection or something to go one step past expectations. If that was implemented, it would be the difference between 4 stars (being very good/satisfactory) and 5 stars (exceeding expectations) in my eyes. Overall I will not hesitate to return for service, parts or my next bike.

Brett Zacho did an excellent job with presentation of selling us our pontoon and answering any questions we had with operation and maintenance of pontoon. He followed up with issues we had with boat fenders and parts with professionalism and made sure issues were resolved immediately. We are very pleased with our pontoon and look forward to many years of use with it.
